Can I access a course without signing up?
No, you can view the available courses and the course intro pages but you need to sign up to take courses.
Do I have to pay for courses?
On Journalism Now, all our courses are free! You do not need to pay; you just need to sign up for an account.
How many courses can I sign up to at once?
You can sign up to as many courses as you want with your account!
What is the passing grade for courses?
In order to successfully pass a course and receive a certificate, you will need to achieve a 60% pass rate in the graded assessment at the end of the course.
When will I receive my certificate?
Once you successfully complete a course, your certificate will be available for download from your account page.
Will you be releasing new courses?
Yes, we are always working on new courses and update the platform regularly.
I don't see my existing course, where is it?
We're bringing many of the existing courses across to the new platform, but it's taking some time to import and update them. They will be live again very soon along with exciting new courses!
I've forgotten my password; how can I access my account?
If you've forgotten your password, you will be able to reset it by following the 'forgot my password' link shown in the login screen.
