Blathnaid Healy has nearly 20 years’ editorial and operational experience in media organisations and a track record of leading digital transformation in legacy newsrooms, start-ups and scale-ups. She is Publisher and Co-Founder of Full Set an independent publisher of non-fiction dedicated to bringing rewarding reads to audiences. Full Set sits at the intersection of book publishing and journalism backing great stories, storytellers and storytelling. Previously as Executive Digital News Editor of BBC News as Executive Digital News Editor, she led the Social, Growth and Delivery teams. As CNN’s Senior Director, EMEA, Blathnaid led a multi-award-winning team of digital journalists and editors located across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She also had oversight of CNN’s multi-platform global gender reporting unit, As Equals. Prior to CNN, Blathnaid was Mashable’s first UK Editor where she launched and editorially directed the digital publisher’s UK site. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for Dublin-based start-up WorldIrish. Blathnaid started her career at RTÉ in Ireland where she spent five years working across the organisation’s digital platforms. She recently completed an Executive MBA at Trinity College Dublin.

Deborah Kelly is Director of Training and Communications at the Thomson
Foundation. She oversees Thomson’s blended learning approach through its e-learning
platform Journalism Now and in-person training programmes focusing on mobile
journalism and multi-platform storytelling. She has worked with journalists in Ukraine,
Kazakhstan, the EU, the Middle East and a number of Asian counties. A journalist for
more than 30 years, Deborah held senior editorial roles at the UK’s commercial news
broadcaster ITV news and worked as a Programme Editor for Al Jazeera English. She
also worked for Reuters and the BBC. Prior to joining Thomson, Deborah was a Senior
Lecturer at one of the UK’s leading journalism universities.
Graeme Moreland has supplied media strategy and content development advice and support to TV, radio, news and digital media organisations worldwide since 1994. Based in the UAE & UK, Graeme consults clients, including many of the world’s leading TV, news and media brands in many of the most competitive media markets including those in the USA, Europe, Middle East & North Africa, The Gulf, USA, South- East and Central Asia, South and West Africa. An experienced media strategist and turn-around management specialist, he has helped media clients to formulate and execute effective strategies to create distinctive and profitable media brands and to revitalise others in 45 countries. These range from new aspiring market innovators to many of the world’s best recognised global news and media brands. He began consulting after twelve years as a radio management executive, launching and developing some of the UK’s most successful and innovative radio stations including: Scotland’s Radio Clyde, London’s Melody FM (now Magic), Global’s Capital FM and Jazz FM. His expertise and specialist support includes the vital and essential elements from audience research, insights and analysis to market strategy, content and brand development, sales, marketing and revenue generation/optimisation.
